So the mile-a-day challenge lasted until february 1st. I didn't quit exercising, but school and work starting again makes it quite difficult to run. I started zumba classes and I'll be doing boot camp again this semester. Zumba is a blast! I have really missed dancing. I took dance class growing up and all through middle school and high school I was in musicals. I didn't realize how much I missed it until it came back into my life! Dancing may be the key to losing weight and getting healthy for me! I'm naively hopeful and keep thinking I'll find something to get back to a smaller size. Today I'm home sick from school and work and It's easy to dream about being active. The music is hilarious to me and makes me want mexican food. This is not the effect I had hoped for but it's better than when I go to yoga and I want indian food. Or is it?
